Where Do You Deliver To?

Our stationary can be delivered to any address in the UK.

Our hire items are available to hire within an hour’s drive time of Downham Market in Norfolk where we are based.

How Much Is Postage & Packaging?

We charge a flat rate of £7.20 on website stationary orders to cover postage and packaging, other forms of special delivery and Royal Mail First Class are available upon request.

For small signs we charge £2.90 postage and the large fomex signs are £7.20

We charge a per mile delivery rate on our hire items, please contact us for details.

How Long Is The Turn Around Time On Invitations?

We aim for a four week turnaround period; one week to design, one week to print, one week to assemble and quality check and one week to deliver.

On more bespoke orders the turnaround time maybe longer, we will advise you on this before you place your order.

A PDF proof will be emailed to you before any stationary is sent to print, orders will not be printed until we have received your written confirmation, delays may result if you do not advise us promptly that you are happy for us to go ahead and print your order.

Can I Collect My Order?

Yes absolutely, just contact us to arrange a suitable time, we are happy to try and accommodate most requests.


What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Payments for purchases on our website can be made via PayPal.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

We have tried to keep the order process as simple as possible, some stationery items may require you to make a selection, choose a quantity or enter additional text before adding to the basket, if you are unsure please contact us before placing your order.

On most stationery items we will contact you after we receive your order to ask for wording etc, we always send a proof before we print any stationery.

Hire items will require you to choose your dates, if the dates are greyed out that means the selected item has already been hired on that date.

Is There A Minimum Order?

The minimum order quantity for invitations is 10, you cannot order less than 10 invites through our website.

The minimum hire period for hire items is two days, you cannot hire an item for less than two days through our website.

The maximum hire period dependent on the item being hired is one week, please contact us for details before hiring an item. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a longer hire period has been booked without speaking to us first.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you have ordered the wrong item or changed your mind please contact us as soon as possible.

Stationery orders do not get printed until you have checked and okayed the proof, however once printed we cannot cancel an order.

For details of cancelling the hire of our items please contact us, we may charge a cancellation fee depending how close to the hire date the cancellation is made.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once a stationery order has been dispatched you can track it here.

Please note that we quote a four week turnaround for most stationery orders, if you need your stationery sooner please contact us before placing an order.

What Happens If I Am Unhappy With My Order?

We take great pride in what we do and have many satisfied customers as our testimonials will confirm.

We quality check every stationery order before dispatch and we only print an order once we receive confirmation you are happy with the proof we have sent you.

By accepting your proof you are confirming that all spelling and grammar is correct, please check your proof very carefully before confirming that we can go ahead and print your order.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the finished order you have received from us please contact us immediately to discuss the options.

Anything Else?

What Happens If An Item Gets Damaged?

If an item you have hired from us gets broken we will retain either part of, or the full deposit, depending on the incident, this will be discussed upon return of the item… honesty is the best policy 😉

Can I Get A Quotation?

We are more than happy to provide a quotation based on your individual requirements, simply contact us though our website or message us on our Facebook page.
